Personal Delivery
We offer Personal Delivery to Local areas such as Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Emu Park, Zilzee, Cawarral, Keppel Sands, The Caves, Gracemere and other area’s within these towns.
Delivery will take place Twice weekly - Mondays and Fridays. - If any different we will personally contact you to notify of delivery.
Spend over $50 in store and you will receive FREE personal delivery!
Postage
Postage is available to area’s outside our local range as well as within, and is calculated by weight of products.
Refunds
Given the nature of birds and their chewing abilities returns on toys will not be accepted once offered to your pet. If item is damaged in transit please contact within 24 hours of the item arriving so we can help to rectify the issue.
